We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such third-party services. Data processing Behart.net only collects the personal data that is necessary to provide and offer our services. In the forms to access our services, the mandatory fields will be explicitly indicated by messages or warnings, the remaining ones are not mandatory. If you do not provide your information correctly you will not be able to register on the site, nor access our products and services. In addition, the information necessary to complete your user profile, as well as any other information that is provided from any other contact form or data collection, will be included in Behart's files. Information we collect Information you send us directly We request and collect the following personal information about you when you decide to access and use the Behart platform. Without this information, we may not be able to provide all the services you request. • Account information. When registering to have an account at Behart, we request certain information such as your name, surname, user, role, email address, date of birth, physical address and level of experience and other information you provide. • Profile information. To use certain functions of the Behart platform (such as segmentation of interests), we may request additional information, which may include your physical address, phone number, profile picture, advanced interests. This information allows us to help you or other users to be "found" in Behart. • Communications with Behart and other members. By contacting Behart or using the platform to communicate with other members, we collect information about these communications and any data you choose to provide. Please note that you cannot give up receiving emails related to our services. • User content (for example, images, comments and other materials) that you post on Behart. Information we collect from third parties If you associate or connect your Behart account with the service of a third party (eg, Google, Facebook) or if you log in to it, you can send us information such as your registration data, list of friends and profile belonging to said service. Analysis information We use third-party analysis tools that help us measure traffic and usage trends of our services. These tools collect the information that your device or our platform sent, including the web pages you visit, the add-ons and other information that helps us improve the service. We collect and use this analysis information with analysis information from other users, so it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user. However, we must remember that there is no invulnerable technology and therefore each user must put the means at their disposal to maintain the level of security of their data. We recommend: • use strong passwords for access to the user account, with at least 8 characters that alternate numbers, letters, uppercase, lowercase and special characters. • Modify the password periodically (at least once a year) and in case of any suspicion that a third party may know it to proceed to its immediate modification. Changes to this Privacy Policy This privacy policy may be modified from time to time to improve security or to adapt it to legislative changes.
